Job Description – Kitchen Assistant

Work location: Restaurant Rheinfelder Bierhaus

Your tasks

• Support the kitchen team in daily food preparation
• Preparatory work (preparing vegetables, salads and other ingredients)
• Plating simple dishes according to instructions
• Cleaning of kitchen utensils, work surfaces and kitchen appliances
• Washing up and cleaning work
• Compliance with hygiene and food regulations (HACCP)
• Assistance with goods storage and control of food

Your profile:

• Initial experience in gastronomy or kitchen is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Enjoyment of working in a team
• Reliable, clean and independent way of working
• Resilience and flexibility, even in hectic situations
• Good German language skills are an advantage
