Your tasks

• Co-responsibility for individual care and support, oriented towards the needs and resources of our patients, according to the process planning delegated by the registered nurse
• Execution of care tasks as a 2nd reference person
• Ensure complete documentation of care/support
• Assistance and implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• Compliance with hygiene directives
• Solution-oriented team collaboration for a positive working climate

Your profile

• Swiss Red Cross certificate of competence/recognition or completed apprenticeship as assistant in health and social care EBA
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role
• Excellent social skills as well as high stress resistance
