Assistant Cook

Your tasks:

Preparation of Asian dishes, especially wok dishes, rice and noodle dishes
Preparation and cutting of vegetables, meat, sauces and other ingredients
Independent work at the wok and in the hot kitchen
Adherence to our recipes, portions and quality standards
Ensuring fast and clean preparation
Goods receipt as well as professional storage of food
Control of freshness, quality and shelf life
Cleaning of the workplace, the kitchen appliances and the entire kitchen
Compliance with hygiene and food regulations
Assistance in general daily business

Your profile:

Experience in Asian cuisine or at the wok is an advantage
Fast and careful way of working
Resilience – even during peak times
Reliability, punctuality and ability to work in a team
Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Clean and hygienic working manner
German language skills are an advantage
Valid work permit for Switzerland
