Thus, we are recruiting for the position of Socioprofessional instructor, Socioprofessional instructor at 70% within the Tissage workshop Your mission • Co-manage the weaving workshop, develop and implement activities in respect of the capacities and the socioprofessional follow-up of the residents • Accompany the residents daily in their activities, evaluate their capacities, and adapt techniques according to each person's abilities • Promote autonomy and self-determination, support the personal development of the residents • Participate in the elaboration and preparation of residents' syntheses, lead and manage the individualized support project • Develop and maintain collaboration with the different teams Your profile • In possession of a diploma as a Socioprofessional instructor ES or Educatrice, Educateur ES/HES or a title deemed equivalent • Confirmed experience attested by a prior CFC in a trade such as fabric creator or training deemed equivalent • Excellent technical knowledge for textile activities • Warping and mounting capacities on looms or interest in specific training in the field • Significant experience with people presenting an intellectual deficiency and associated disorders • Organizational skills and ability to work both autonomously and in a multidisciplinary team • Empathy and willingness to work alongside people presenting an intellectual deficiency and associated disorders • Physical and psychic resistance allowing one to face complex situations • Listening skills and ability to favor interdisciplinary collaboration • Respect, equity, and solidarity are part of your values and you know how to embody them in your daily practice You can count on • A stimulating, varied, and dynamic work environment, promoting exchanges, creativity, and initiative-taking • An approach to work aiming to value skills and know-how in a spirit of openness, honesty, and authenticity • A workplace in a unique setting in the heart of nature • Numerous possibilities for continuous training and personal development • The opportunity to participate in the development projects of the Foundation • Free parking • Working and salary conditions according to the CCT of the Vaudois semi-public social sector Start date: immediately or by arrangement Has this job offer awakened your interest and made you want to apply?
