Customer Advisor E-Banking / Bank Entry 100% (m/w/d)#

Your tasks:

• Friendly and competent support of customers by phone with questions about E-Banking
• You are the first point of contact for inquiries about login, payments, security questions and other functions
• Support with technical problems in E-Banking as well as guidance on independent use of digital services
• Identifying customer needs in conversations and specifically pointing out suitable digital offers (e.g. Mobile Banking, E-Documents)
• Co-designing a positive customer experience through efficient and solution-oriented consulting - also in complex cases
• Close collaboration with internal specialist departments to continuously improve E-Banking support

What you bring:

• Joy in communicating and convincing; You are extroverted and manage to win people over
• Very good Swiss German language skills
