As a Specialist in Operating Room Technology HF, Specialist in Operating Room Technology HF or Dipl. Nurse Specialist FA OP, you want to work in a highly specialized operating environment where state-of-the-art medicine, teamwork, and professional development are the focus. For a renowned private clinic in Zürich, we are looking for a dedicated personality starting immediately or by arrangement with a workload of 80 to 100 %. In this responsible function, you will work in various surgical specialties, accompany complex operative procedures, and benefit from a versatile area of application with state-of-the-art infrastructure.

What awaits you in this responsible task

• Instrumenting and assisting during operative procedures in one of several surgical specialist groups
• Execution of all preparatory and follow-up measures in the operating room
• Professional preparation and operation of devices, instruments, and sterile goods
• Monitoring and care of patients under local anesthesia
• Documentation of nursing activities including performance recording
• Ensuring a smooth daily routine in the operating area
• Collaboration in highly specialized surgical procedures
• Close cooperation with surgeons, anesthesia, and OR teams

Possible specialties

• Cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgery as well as hybrid surgery
• Visceral surgery, plastic surgery, urology, and gynecology
• Robotic surgery with Da Vinci and Dexter
• Orthopedics, traumatology as well as sports, hand, and foot surgery
• Neurosurgery, spinal surgery, ORL, and eye surgery

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Specialist in Operating Room Technology HF or Specialist in Operating Room Technology HF or as Dipl. Nurse or Dipl. Nurse FA OP
• Corresponding SRK recognition for foreign diplomas
• Interest in one or more surgical specialties
• Willingness to work weekends, on-call, and night shifts
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
