We are looking for a seasoned property manager for our Geneva agency to complete our dynamic team as a "Privérien" and who contributes to achieving our quantitative as well as qualitative objectives, within a cohesive structure with a family spirit.
Your mission in detail
Autonomous management of a mixed real estate portfolio (residential, commercial)
Supervision of an assistant and close collaboration
Representation of the owner to tenants, authorities and artisans
General administrative management of the portfolio under management
General follow-up of the rental process (termination, relocation etc.)
Control and monitoring of the general condition of the buildings
Management of works (renovation, repairs, etc.)
Management of concierges (hiring, monitoring, termination etc.)
Preparation of reporting for owners
General correspondence
Your profile
Completed training (CFC, Maturité etc.) and you perfectly master tenancy law
Immo base, 5 years of experience in real estate agency / management; the certificate is an asset
Experience in managing a mixed portfolio
Fluent French, knowledge of foreign languages is a plus
Willing, committed, endowed with a collaborative spirit, client-oriented
You are a real estate pro and love taking on new challenges every day
Driving license mandatory
