Main tasks:

• Establish diagnostics
• Write technical requests
• Process and resolve technical problems
• Perform repair and service work
• Support customer service for technical questions, including contact with customers
• Assist in the training of apprentices
• If interested, assist the breakdown service

Requirements:

• Completed training as an automotive mechanic or automotive specialist
• Additional training in diagnostics or willingness to take this course
• Autonomous, reliable, and precise working method
• Willingness to develop
• Resistant to stress and capable of working in a team
• No age limit
