PROJECT MANAGER METAL CONSTRUCTION / FAÇADE CONSTRUCTION (100%) BAMO Fassadenbau | Aarau BAMO Fassadenbau specializes in demanding installations in metal and façade construction. Our core competencies lie in the areas of post-and-beam façades, windows & doors, ventilated façades, glass and metal constructions as well as steel construction. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality starting immediately or by arrangement. YOUR TASKS: • Independent technical and administrative project management from order placement to final accounting • Planning, organization and coordination of our projects and assembly teams • Contact person for clients, construction management, architects and specialist planners • Development of technically and economically optimal execution solutions • Monitoring of deadlines, costs, quality and project progress • Preparation and control of measurements, time and material work, supplements and accounting bases • Ensuring clean project documentation YOUR PROFILE: • Training in metal construction, façade construction or comparable construction technology training • Professional experience in metal and/or façade construction • Experience as a project manager is an advantage • Good IT knowledge, CAD/3D knowledge is an advantage • Technical understanding and entrepreneurial thinking • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working • Good German skills in speaking and writing • Driver's license Cat.
