Team Leader Order Processing 100% (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility includes:

• You take over the functional and personnel leadership of order processing and forwarding for 3 employees.
• You are responsible for the processing and shipment of machine and spare part orders worldwide.
• You configure machines with the help of the ERP product generator and create the necessary production orders for machine orders as well as assemblies.
• You coordinate internally with various departments (Sales, Design, AVOR, Purchasing, Assembly, Forwarding).
• You are responsible for the deadline monitoring of customer orders.
• You create shipping documents in the export software «ExpoWin», including the necessary origin calculations for export.
• You create offers for standard products.
• You maintain contacts with customers and representatives regarding order processing.

Qualifications

Your profile:

• You have a technical flair, ideally due to technical training or further education in the mechanical engineering industry.
• You have a commercial education with a specialization in foreign trade.
• You bring experience in the order processing of a manufacturing company, preferably in the mechanical engineering industry.
• You have already been able to gain experience in the leadership of employees.
• You possess sound knowledge in shipping logistics, tariff classification, free trade agreements, preferential/non-preferential origin of goods and export control.
• You are familiar with the rights and obligations of the authorized exporter.
• You have good ERP knowledge, ideally with SAP B1 and IFAS X5, as well as proficient use of MS Office tools.
• You communicate very well in German and English, whereby any further language is an advantage.
• You convince through your teamwork, flexibility and reliability.
