Activity

• Manufacture and processing of components by pressing on manual, hydraulic and CNC-controlled pressing systems

• Recording, maintenance and updating of the associated working documents and production documentation

• Execution of general tinsmithing work such as grinding, straightening, bending and adjusting metal parts

• Carrying out daily maintenance as well as functional checks of the pressing systems to ensure operational readiness

• Ensuring order and cleanliness at the workplace in accordance with operational guidelines

• Active participation in the continuous improvement process (CIP) to increase productivity and quality
• Requirements
• Completed vocational training as a production or polymechanic
• Apprenticeship as a production mechanic or machine operator in a metal-processing production company
• General professional experience in the processing of sheet metal components /
• Metal components
