What I will move ##

• Leadership and further development of the IT infrastructure team (approx. 12 employees)
• Strategic and operational responsibility for operations, projects and budget
• Ensuring availability, scalability and IT security
• Definition and implementation of the security strategy incl. ISMS & Compliance
• Security Monitoring, Incident Response and awareness
• Technology assessment as well as maintenance of guidelines, processes and documentation
• Interface to specialist departments and external partners

What it takes ##

• Completed training in computer science (HF/FH) or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in IT infrastructure and system administration as well as experience from an industrial environment (manufacturing company)
• Some years of leadership experience
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft technologies, virtualization, networks
• Analytical thinking, structured way of working, high level of personal responsibility
• German and English skills in spoken and written form
