Stock Manager (Watchmaking)

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of manufacturing orders (processing computer transfer orders via SAP and physical orders from storers)
• Stocking: counting, validation of transfer orders, placing components in the correct locations, reporting stock discrepancies
• Monitoring the team mailbox
• Inventory: ensuring adequacy between physical and computer stocks (quantity and location)
• Processing exchanges / returns for the assembly workshop

Profile:

• You possess a CFC in logistics or an equivalent diploma.
• You possess several years of experience in stock management in a watchmaking environment (mandatory condition).
• You possess basic IT knowledge (SAP mandatory).
• Experience in using Kardex.
• You are able to manage emergencies.
• Available immediately.
