Socio-educational Assistant (ASE) M/F # Company Description ## Mandated by large institutions in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for an Socio-educational Assistant CFC (M/F) ### to join our team of temporary pool workers, specialized in the fields of disability (mental and/or motor), psychiatry and childhood. If you are passionate about the field of social work and special education, and you wish to provide valuable support to vulnerable people, this opportunity is made for you! Job Description ## • Work in close collaboration with the teams in place to ensure supervision adapted to the accompanied persons • Participate in the development and implementation of educational and social projects aiming to promote the autonomy and skill development of individuals • Ensure regular monitoring of the progress and difficulties encountered by the accompanied persons, maintaining effective communication with multidisciplinary teams • Actively participate in team meetings and internal training to enrich your knowledge and skills Additional Information • Activity rate: variable according to your availability • Type of contract: temporary missions (with the possibility of evolution towards permanent contracts depending on needs and structures) • Location: canton of Vaud, with missions in different establishments depending on needs.
