Chef de rang

For our restaurants La Cabane Bella-Tola (100% from 11.12.2026 to 13.04.2027) and Tignousa (90% from 21.12.2026 to 14.03.2027), both located on the St-Luc-Chandolin ski area in Valais, we are looking for two Chefs de Rang.

Your responsibilities, under the supervision of the Manager:

• Order management: receiving and storing goods
• Stock monitoring: controlling quantities and transmitting orders
• Service setup: preparation of the dining room, coordination with the kitchen, compliance with HACCP standards...
• Customer reception and service: taking orders, payment, monitoring satisfaction...
• Maintenance and tidying: cleaning of spaces, restocking, cash control...
• Complementary tasks: assistance with the maintenance of the premises (including accommodation)
• Ambassador of our establishments: participation in the promotion of services

Your profile:

• At least one year of experience in hospitality-catering
• Good level of French and English
• Fluency in speaking and sense of customer contact
• Organized and rigorous
