Supervisor La Terrasse Brasserie (a)

To support our La Terrasse Brasserie service team, we are looking for a responsible Supervisor:

• Responsibility for smooth operations in daily restaurant business and ensuring high guest satisfaction
• Operational leadership and support of the service team during the shift
• Coordination of service processes as well as optimal and demand-oriented adjustment of deployment planning in cooperation with the restaurant management
• Induction, support, and motivation of employees as well as support in the training of new team members
• Ensuring compliance with our quality, hygiene, and service standards
• Comprehensive knowledge of the beverage and food menu including daily recommendations and current promotions
• Professional wine advice and active sales
• Control and provision of the required mise-en-place
• Professional and guest-oriented complaint management

Your profile:

• Completed training in the hotel or gastronomy industry as well as several years of professional experience in à-la-carte service
• Initial leadership experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or deputy Chef de Service is an advantage
• Strong host personality with high service and quality orientation
• Organizational skills as well as an independent and responsible way of working
• Joy in the leadership and development of a team
• Interest in regional cuisine as well as sound knowledge in wine service
• Good German and English skills; further languages are an advantage
