Fiduciary Advisor (w/m/d) 80-100% What you move You manage versatile fiduciary mandates and accompany our customers in accounting, tax, and business management issues You maintain and review financial and payroll accounting and ensure high quality in mandate processing You prepare VAT returns, interim and annual financial statements, as well as tax returns for natural and legal persons You maintain long-term customer relationships and communicate clearly, bindingly, and at eye level You actively contribute to the further development of existing mandates as well as to the establishment of new customer relationships Depending on the mandate, you also work directly at customers' premises and value personal exchange You naturally use digital working tools and support modern, efficient, and future-oriented fiduciary advice How you succeed You have a federal diploma in fiduciary services (eidg. Fachausweis Treuhand), a federal diploma in finance and accounting (eidg. Fachausweis Finanz- und Rechnungswesen), a Bachelor FH in Business Administration, or a comparable education, or you are currently in training for one of these Ideally, you already bring several years of practical experience in the fiduciary sector and know the needs of SMEs, female and male entrepreneurs You work in a structured, reliable, and pragmatic manner - even when it becomes more intensive during closing or tax phases You think ahead, recognize connections, and look for practical solutions for our customers You communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing, and enjoy direct customer contact You enjoy digital processes, modern fiduciary solutions, and a way of working that is constantly evolving You appreciate a team that works together in a technically strong, collegial, and solution-oriented manner What we offer A strong location with versatile mandates At the Aarau location, you will work in an established fiduciary team with broad technical experience.
