The Stiftung Wisli, based in Bülach and Winterthur, has been committed to the professional and social integration of people with mental impairments for more than 40 years. It offers a wide range of services in the areas of living, work, and work integration. The offering consists of various forms of supported living, psychiatric Spitex, adapted work and employment places, and the competence center for work integration, We-Care.

The Work Integration We-Care division is looking for an experienced, committed, and motivating leadership personality with exemplary character, a desire to shape, and pronounced leadership competence for the function as:

Head of Division Work Integration We-Care / Member of the Executive Board 80-100 %

starting January 1, 2027, or by arrangement.

You will assume overall responsibility for the Work Integration We-Care division and, as part of the executive board body, will actively participate in the strategic development of the foundation.

Your tasks:

• Strategic further development of the Work Integration We-Care division and participation in the orientation of the entire foundation within the executive board body
• Management of the division with responsibility for all core and secondary processes (technical, personnel, organizational, financial)
• Ensuring and further development of high-quality, economical offerings
• Planning, steering, and monitoring of budget, annual goals, multi-year planning, and reporting
• Acquisition and conclusion of service agreements and orders
• Maintaining contact and networking with clients, customers, referrers, offices, and authorities
• Positioning and marketing of the service offerings
• Personnel leadership including personnel planning and development
• Active co-shaping of change processes and an exemplary leadership culture
• Ensuring data protection according to QMS

Your profile:

• University of Applied Sciences degree in social work, social pedagogy, or psychology
• Many years of sound industry knowledge as well as management skills and leadership experience
• Further training or several years of professional experience in business fundamentals, management, and personnel leadership
• Comprehensive knowledge in the field of social insurance, especially IVG
• You have at least three years of experience in a comparable position, ideally in a social institution, an NPO, or in an SME
• Analytical, networked, and problem-solving thinking as well as planning and decision-making ability
• High social competence, communication, and teamwork skills
