Polymechanic CNC cylindrical grinding with process optimization

Activity

• set up, program and operate Studer S31 and S41 CNC cylindrical grinding machines
• grind individual parts and small series with high quality standards
• select and set up clamping devices, grinding wheels and process parameters
• ensure dimensional accuracy including form and position tolerances according to drawing
• optimize grinding processes regarding cycle time, surface quality and tool life
• Requirements
• Completed training as Polymechanic EFZ manufacturing or comparable qualification
• several years of experience in CNC cylindrical grinding, preferably on Studer S31/S41
• independent and precise way of working with a focus on quality
• team player, reliable and motivated personality
