Your tasks:

• Comprehensive support of the recruitment process: from detailed requirements analysis to targeted direct approach and final contract negotiation
• Use of modern sourcing methods, data-driven tools, and creative networking to win highly qualified candidates for our clients
• Committed and solution-oriented consulting for clients from various industries, with a focus on demanding specialist and management positions
• Building, maintaining, and targeted expansion of your own candidate and client portfolio, considering long-term relationships
• Continuous market observation and analysis to recognize current industry trends at an early stage and react to them

Your profile:

• Several years of professional experience in HR consulting, ideally with a focus on placement and recruitment of specialists and executives
• In-depth knowledge of modern recruiting strategies, pronounced communication skills, and a confident, professional demeanor
• High degree of initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to set priorities independently
• Enjoy developing innovative solutions, critically questioning established procedures, and actively contributing to the company's success
• German language skills at native level, additional language skills are an advantage
