Senior Cloud & Collaboration Systems Engineer (w/m/d) 80%-100%

Your contribution

• Service design and service management for standardized commodity services (e.g. Collaboration-as-a-Service)
• Engineering, operation and continuous development of Microsoft-365 and Azure services
• Standardization, automation and governance of the cloud services landscape
• Design and implementation of identity, access and device strategies across IT and OT areas
• Integration of Microsoft-365 services into existing IT and OT system landscapes (on-premises and cloud)
• Further development and implementation of security, segmentation and hardening guidelines under cloud-specific conditions
• Active participation in the development of the IT/OT architecture, the associated service landscape and group-wide IT standards and policies
• Leadership and overall responsibility for IT projects across the entire project lifecycle

What you bring

• IT studies or higher technical education (TS, HF, FH) with a focus on computer science or comparable professional experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility
• In-depth technical understanding of the Microsoft 365 platform, Azure services and Entra ID
• Practical experience in identity, access and device management as well as cloud security controls
• Experience in the controlled use of cloud services in regulated and production-related environments
• Very good knowledge of scripting and automation, especially PowerShell
• Ability to think beyond individual systems in architectures and end-to-end services
• Pronounced engineering mentality with a focus on analysis, design, implementation and sustainable stabilization
• Structured, risk- and solution-oriented approach to work
• Ability to reduce technical complexity and increase operational reliability in the long term
• Broad technical understanding across system, service and domain boundaries
• Strong security mindset with a focus on availability, resilience and damage limitation rather than pure compliance
• Very good German language skills and secure and professional communication in French
• Experience in documentation, audit and compliance-relevant environments is an advantage
