The Age and Care department of the city of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services, primarily for older people, through Spitex as well as in the five elderly care centers.
For the Spitex Stadt Winterthur, we are looking for a committed and responsible personality for the evening and night shifts starting 1. October 2026 or by arrangement.
Your working hours:
Evening shift: Uhr
Short evening shift: Uhr
Night shift: Uhr
Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH, evening and night shifts (70 %), Spitex
Your tasks
Ensuring the nursing process of our clients
Taking on case responsibility
Analyzing complex care and nursing situations
Clarifying and coordinating required internal and external services
Your profile
Degree as dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
Spitex experience preferred
Independent and self-responsible way of working
Proficient handling of IT programs (MS Office, possibly RAI-HC)
Mobile by bicycle and in possession of a driver's license
