Do you lead with enthusiasm, have a good sense of sales, and enjoy contact with people? Then you will hold a key role with us: as sales manager, you will lead and develop the sales of our six BÖHLI branches in Appenzell, Gais, Speicher and Teufen.

We are looking for a sales manager starting from September or by agreement.

What you will accomplish with us

• * You lead, support and develop our branch managers and sales teams.
• * You form an important link between the branches, production, marketing and management.
• * You ensure warm, competent and uniform customer service.
• * You develop measures to increase turnover and analyze the achievement of objectives.
• * You optimize processes, order management, availability of goods and product presentation.
• * You promote the sales and advisory skills of the employees.
• * You develop the digital planning of work and holidays for our branches.
• * You take on administrative tasks and support the daily office, notably for order management as well as emails and telephone calls.

• * Several years of experience in sales, retail or in a similar function
• * Management experience and pleasure in motivating and developing employees
• * Strong orientation towards sales and service
• * Entrepreneurial spirit and good understanding of figures
• * Organizational talent, resistance to stress and an autonomous working style
• * Passion for quality food and for the craft of bakery and confectionery
• * Availability to work regularly in our branches
