We are recruiting for a renowned company in Swiss Romandy, specialized in technical carpentry and building fitting solutions, a Carpenter Technician / Project Manager.

You ensure the technical and organizational follow-up of carpentry and technical fitting projects, from the study to the reception of the works. As a genuine interlocutor of architects, contractors, and laying companies, you guarantee the smooth running of projects within the respect of deadlines, technical requirements, and expected quality.

Responsibilities

• Technical studies

Analyze technical files and architects' plans

Study technical solutions adapted to customers' needs

Realize execution plans and technical details

Establish offers and participate in project pricing

Select products and solutions most adapted to technical constraints

• Project management

Ensure complete monitoring of cases, from order to reception

Plan the different stages of projects and coordinate stakeholders

Be the privileged interlocutor of architects, contractors, and partner companies

Participate in site meetings and ensure monitoring of works

Ensure respect for deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements

Anticipate technical problems and propose adapted solutions

Coordination

Ensure the link between clients, suppliers, and laying teams

Control the conformity of completed works

Guarantee rigorous administrative and technical monitoring of files

Profile

• Completed carpentry CFC with a Technician ES training or equivalent training
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Switzerland in a similar function
• Alternatively, 10 years of experience minimum in France in a comparable environment
• Excellent knowledge of construction practices in Swiss Romandy and relationships with architects
• Good mastery of plan reading and DAO/CAO software
• Autonomous, organized person capable of managing several projects simultaneously
• Resistant to stress and at ease in a demanding environment
• Excellent sense of relational and customer service
