Your main tasks

• Holistic, professional care of patients from internal medicine, oncology and haematology
• Accompaniment of patients and relatives through challenging illness and therapy courses
• Responsibility for the nursing process - from planning to evaluation
• Active co-design of interprofessional cooperation on an equal footing
• Support and promotion of learners and students

Your profile

• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH
• Whether entry-level or experienced - your motivation counts
• Enjoyment of complex nursing situations and continuous further development
• Sense of responsibility, empathy and team spirit
• Interest in interdisciplinary cooperation and co-design in the team
