Job description
We are looking for a group leader for our team from 1.October, with a workload of 100% (possibly a smaller workload in October). An EFZ Fachkraft Betreuung (or equivalent training) is a mandatory requirement. Since the supervision of an apprentice is also part of the tasks, the vocational trainer course is desired. Kita Pepe looks after two mixed-age children groups from 3 months to school entry in a large house with its own garden area. Your main tasks:

Independent leadership of a children's group
Holistic care of the daycare children
Cooperation with the team and the parents
Your profile:

EFZ as Fachkraft Betreuung / at least 2 years of professional experience
Good communication and team-oriented thinking
Loving and responsible handling of the children
