The Age and Care sector of the city of Winterthur offers, through Spitex as well as in the five centers for elderly people, a varied range of services primarily intended for elderly people. For Spitex Ville de Winterthour, we are looking for a committed person starting from 1 August 2026 or by agreement.

Your tasks ##

• * Ensure quality assurance as well as the implementation or application of specialized knowledge and evidence-based concepts for quality development
• * Analyze complex care and support situations
• * Ensure the care process of our clients (with case responsibility)
• * Assume replacement functions in case of the absence of the team management
• * Participate in working groups or projects
• Your profile ##
• * Registered Nurse HF / FH diploma and at least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in Spitex
• * Additional training (e.g., palliative care) desired
• * Proficiency in computer programs (MS Office, possibly RAI-HC)
• * Mobile by bicycle and holder of a driver's license
