Experience in events appreciated: you are comfortable in dynamic environments and during large-scale events (banquets, receptions, cocktails, private evenings, professional events, etc.). Ensure refined and personalized service in the dining room, during banquets, receptions, cocktails, and prestige events, ensuring that each client is offered an experience in line with the standards of a high-end establishment. Prepare and ensure the setup of the room before each service: setting tables, setting up dishes, cutlery, linen, and all the equipment necessary for the smooth running of the service.
