A future-oriented and modern non-profit organization which, with around 80 employees, ensures nursing and care for clients of all ages at home on behalf of seven municipalities for 32,000 inhabitants. A satisfying task that is also fun.

Spitex near Winterthur is looking for YOU: FaGe (m/f/d), 60-100%, fixed days possible

Your tasks:

• You travel independently by car to offer the best possible care to our clients at home
• Your tasks include personal hygiene, mobilization, support with nutrition, as well as taking over delegated medical tasks such as medication management and wound dressings.
• You record nursing progress in the electronic nursing documentation and order medications and nursing materials.
• In our primary caregiver care, you share responsibility within a tandem for the comprehensive care and individual nursing of individual clients and meet regularly with your tandem colleagues for case discussions.
