Quality Technical Controller - 2x8 Schedule

• Perform rigorous and systematic controls of components in order to guarantee their quality and manage the corresponding flows in compliance with cadence, deadline, and safety requirements.
• Control products (watchmaking components) according to the control range and defined criteria and highlight any defects: Perform the various aesthetic and/or functional controls of the parts using suitable tools and according to established control ranges or available plans; Issue decisions of acceptance, refusal, downgrading, or destruction in accordance with the House policy; In case of non-conformity, diagnose the interventions to be carried out and send the parts back for correction or repair
• Ensure the IT management of products: Receive products and perform data entry into the current information systems; Record the control result in the IT system; Perform the tracking of defective parts
• Ensure the reporting of one's activity: Collect quality data and share it with the teams, the quality assurance technician of the Ilot, and their manager; Capitalize on feedback
• Participate in the continuous improvement of one's work environment: Make proposals for quality improvement (control range, typical defect panels, definition plans)

Profile:

• Technical training (TQ1 desired)
• Experience in quality technical control
• Reading of plans: mastery required
• Good knowledge and mastery of products and common measuring instruments, including 3 D
• Mastery of IT tools, SAP a plus
• Ability of judgment
• Sense of observation and detail
