Sales Inside Service Specialist

The sales inside service has a central and significant role at Hauser Automatic AG.

Goals of the position:

• Fast and substantively flawless processing of customer inquiries
• Conducting telephone follow-up conversations

Core tasks:

• Processing and recording of customer inquiries in the system from the start
• Calculation and calculation of offer inquiries
• Support for project management
• Follow-up processing of assigned customer inquiries
• Overview of deliveries

Responsibility:

• Ensures that tasks are executed on time and correctly
• Makes suggestions for optimizing tasks in the operation
• Is responsible for own further and continuing education and makes suggestions

Your profile:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship
• Good MS Office skills
• Very good oral and written language skills in D
• French language skills desirable
• Desirable: experience in the HLK area
• Experience in the technical and construction sector would be an advantage
