Consultant / Client Relationship Manager Eastern European Markets with a focus on Russian-speaking clientele

We are looking for a committed and experienced individual to strengthen our team as a Consultant / Client Relationship Manager for the Eastern European markets with a focus on Russian-speaking clientele.

Your tasks

• Support and expansion of customer relationships with a focus on Russian-speaking clientele in the Eastern European markets.
• Analysis of customer needs and development of tailor-made solutions.
• Support in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
• Close cooperation with internal teams to ensure optimal customer support.
• Regular market and competitor analyses to identify new business opportunities.

Your profile

• Completed studies in hospitality and hotel management.
• Experience in customer support, preferably in the finance or consulting sector.
• Fluent language skills in Russian, English, and German; further language skills are an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Several years of personal knowledge of the Swiss hotel industry.
• High customer orientation and intercultural competence.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
