About the position As Project Management Manager (m/f), you will take charge of the project portfolio at our production sites in Kaiseraugst and Altendorf. You will lead a team of project managers and ensure the successful implementation of our international customer projects. You will actively contribute to the development of project management and participate in making projects more efficient, transparent and profitable. Main tasks and responsibilities • Direction and development of the PMO team at the two sites • Management and prioritization of the project portfolio in accordance with company objectives • Ensure the successful implementation of complex customer projects in terms of quality, costs and deadlines • Active management of risks, changes and project profitability • Monitoring of relevant KPIs and promotion of continuous improvements • Close collaboration with the Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales and Service departments • Development of project management standards, processes and methods • Professional management of stakeholders and customers throughout the project life cycle What you bring • Significant experience in project management as well as in management in a similar role • Experience in the successful management of complex customer projects • Experience in machine and plant construction or in a comparable industrial environment • Higher technical degree or equivalent qualification • Entrepreneurial spirit and good understanding of project costs, margins and profitability • Project management certifications such as PMP or IPMA are an advantage • Strong skills in communication, leadership and change management • Professional proficiency in German and English • Availability for travel between sites as well as to international customers (approximately 20-30%) What we offer • An international working environment • Attractive social benefits and a modern pension scheme • Discounts on vehicle purchases • Seniority and loyalty bonuses • Support for training and professional development • 25 days of leave up to 49 years, 28 days from 50 years and 30 days from 60 years • Free parking • Good connection to public transport • Participation in company results (profit sharing) For any questions, please contact our talent acquisition specialist, Dajana Smyrek (dajana.smyrek@coesia.com).
