Operations Employee 100%

• Operation of woodworking machines such as milling, sawing, and grinding machines
• Quality control of manufactured products
• The production of door frames and windows according to instructions and specifications
• Cooperation with team members in order to achieve production goals
• Support in the improvement of production workflows and processes

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in shift operations, if required
• Experience in woodworking and the production of windows and doors is an advantage
• Technical understanding for handling woodworking machines
• Accuracy and care in work to ensure high-quality products
• Teamwork skills and good communication skills
