What you can accomplish • Holistic care and accompaniment of our guests in hospice. • Participation in the development of individual palliative care adapted to needs. • Preparation, control, and distribution of medications as well as management of medico-technical interventions and daily responsibility. • Collaboration within an interdisciplinary team. • Management of organizational and administrative tasks. What you bring • Training as a healthcare professional EFZ (FaGe) or registered nurse HF/FH. • Experience or continuing education in palliative care is an advantage or the willingness to acquire this knowledge. • Autonomous, responsible, and empathetic way of working. • Team spirit, flexibility, and a respectful attitude towards guests, relatives, and colleagues. • Availability for irregular hours and interventions on weekends - without night shifts. • Good command of German, both spoken and written, as well as IT skills.
