As Head of Special Business & Sales Service, you are responsible for the technical and strategic further development of the department and ensure professional support for our sales partners.

You combine leadership, sales, and sound life expertise. With individual offers, special tariffs, and a high quality of service, you contribute to meeting complex customer needs and promoting profitable growth.

What you do

-You lead the Special Business & Sales Service team technically and personally and continuously develop employees, processes, services, and standards.
-You control and prioritize complex customer and sales inquiries and ensure high service quality as well as compliance with agreed service levels.
-You support sales in high-volume and complex life insurance transactions and develop individual offer and tariff solutions taking customer needs and profitability into account.
-You are responsible for director tariffs and special offers and coordinate complex solutions with pricing, underwriting, compliance, reinsurance, and other specialist departments.
-You advise sales partners on demanding customer cases, mediate knowledge on products and pension solutions, and coordinate offering and policy processes until the contract conclusion.

What you bring

-Several years of leadership experience in the insurance or pension environment as well as strong leadership, coaching, and development competence
-In-depth knowledge of Swiss life insurance and pension products as well as sound tariff and pricing know-how in individual life
-Proven sales experience in advising demanding private customers as well as intermediaries and a clear focus on customer orientation and profitability
-Very good knowledge of pension planning and wealth succession as well as good knowledge of Swiss tax law and the social security law framework
-Convincing communication and negotiation skills in German and English; French is an advantage
