Supervise and support the coordination team, composed notably of group leaders. Collaborate with the operational head of service and the communal administration in managing the financial, HR, and administrative aspects of the site, notably schedules, team integration, monitoring of staff levels, and indicators. Contribute to the development of the structure's efficiency while maintaining the expected quality standards. Drive the creation and development of pedagogical projects centered on the well\-being, safety, and development of the child. Your profile Recognized diploma in the field of early childhood or social work (childhood educator or equivalent training). CAS in the field of child education or management of a reception structure, or willingness to undertake this training Confirmed experience in team management and in the management of an early childhood reception establishment. Ability to work in complementarity, notably with the operational head of service. Excellent knowledge of young child development and contemporary pedagogical approaches. Analytical spirit, decision-making capacity, and sense of responsibility. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Mastery of the regulatory requirements applicable to early childhood reception structures. Comfort with IT tools. Excellent mastery of French; knowledge of English is an asset.
