In our Physio- and Occupational Therapy, you take responsibility for an important part of our acute inpatient therapies and actively help shape the further development of the area. Together with our experienced management team, you lead employees, promote interprofessional cooperation and ensure that our patients are cared for in the best possible way. The position is available immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks
You assume co-responsibility for the professional and organizational management of the acute inpatient therapy area.
You treat inpatient and outpatient patients of all age groups.
You lead employees and accompany them in their professional and personal development.
You work closely with nursing, doctors and other professional groups.
You are involved in projects and support the implementation of strategic goals.
You promote interprofessional cooperation and further develop existing processes together with the management team.
Your Profile
You have completed training as a physiotherapist or occupational therapist with SRK recognition.
You are enthusiastic about "active" therapy and want to develop professionally and personally.
Ideally, you already have several years of professional experience in an acute hospital; initial leadership experience is an advantage.
You work in a structured, independent manner and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment.
You communicate clearly and enjoy working interprofessionally.
You contribute new ideas and approach changes openly.
You take responsibility and value teamwork.
