Organisation and optimisation of practice operations
Personnel management, shift planning and team support
Financial and accounting management (cash, patients, controlling)
Ensuring quality standards and legal requirements
Patient service and complaint management
Interface to doctors, health insurance companies and external partners

Completed degree in health or business administration (Bachelor's degree desirable) or equivalent training
Professional experience in practice or healthcare management, ideally with management experience
Knowledge of accounting and business processes
Leadership skills, organisational talent and service orientation
