Above all, we will never stop learning and striving to help each other reach our full potential. \\n Responsibilities • * Put prototypes into production. Take the prototypes built by the GTM team's AI and make them real: authentication and access definition, error management, data integrity, testing, monitoring, documentation, transfer. • * Manage infrastructure. Hosting, environments, CI/CD, secrets, backups, dependencies and versions for each service owned by GTM. • * Ensure the security of software intended for partners. Authentication and role/hierarchy definition, partner and end-customer data management, and answering security questions asked by partners and enterprise customers. • * Be responsible for code. Repositories, code review, feature flags, and the standard a prototype must reach before being delivered - including the authority to send it back. • * Manage deployments. Progressive versions, pilot partners, rollback plans, in cooperation with the GTM team for the communication accompanying a version. • * Build an integrated solutions landscape. The future is data-driven - this role works with our internal data, process and product specialists to build the integration system that allows the right data to be used in the right way across all tools and departments. • * Context infrastructure. You co-manage the context layer used for our GTM, sales, CSM and other agents. • * Contribute to the AI engineering practice for Wingtra. Co-create the future of coding in a fast-growing scale-up! • Requirements • * University degree in software engineering, computer science • * An engineer who has operated software, not just built it. 3+ years full-stack; has managed a client-oriented web application in production and has been responsible in case of failure. TypeScript / Next.js, Postgres, a modern hosting platform. • * AI natives. Coding agents are their default way of working, and they can review, strengthen and support code they did not write. • * Seasoned security practitioner. Authn/authz, multi-tenant definition, secrets management, data protection basics - enough to be the responsible owner without a security team behind them. • * Heavy experience in integration. CRM and ERP APIs (HubSpot, Odoo or equivalent), webhooks, and data reconciliation between divergent systems. • * Product management experience. You can manage internal and external client interactions and work with product management best practices. • * Maintains a standard remotely. Writes decisions, communicates without being asked, and can send work back to people they rarely see - including to the manager of this role. • Assets • * Commercial fluency. Reads a pricing model, a channel margin and a renewal term and understands why the company cares.
