Your tasks in financial supervision

As the person responsible for the assignment, you will take on a key role in financial supervision:

• Audit management: Independent conduct of annual audits and financial supervision audits.
• Challenge: You audit complex matters of the cantonal financial budget regarding economic efficiency and effectiveness.
• Co-design: Active participation in internal projects for the further development of audit processes.
• Interface: You act as a valued partner for our customers in the cantonal administration.

Your profile for the audit

• Education: University degree (Uni/FH) or a comparable higher vocational qualification.
• Certification: Mandatory admission as an audit expert (Revisionsexperte / Revisionsexpertin) with the RAB.
• Experience: Sound practice in external or internal auditing.
• Soft Skills: Team spirit, appreciation and a motivating working style.
• Interest: Enthusiasm for political operations and the diverse state tasks of the canton.
• Communication: Negotiation-level appearance and the ability to communicate complex matters clearly.
