Your tasks

• Ensure high-quality, client-oriented and goal-focused therapeutic planning for hospitalized patients
• Monitor mandatory therapies and therapy minutes in RehaTIS according to STReha directives
• Plan the tasks and appointments of employees and students
• Optimize the use of all resources (personnel, premises, equipment, etc.)
• Implement new services and resources into the electronic system
• Management of outpatient cases and appointment planning
• Record data for ANQ and STReha in the electronic system
• Provide professional and efficient administrative and organizational support (organize events, meetings and write minutes, support and handle multimedia issues)
• Transfer data from the KIS to the relevant tools for billing
• Assume tasks in projects, process and document management
• Training and supervision of apprentices
• Replace the direction of therapeutic coordination in its absence

• Commercial apprenticeship, preferably in a clinic
