Nursing Assistant SRK or Assistant in Health and Social Affairs AGS

Your tasks

• Care and accompaniment of our residents during the night
• Implementation of planned basic care
• Regular control and security rounds
• Support of residents with nocturnal needs
• Observation of the general condition and forwarding of relevant changes
• Careful documentation of the services and observations carried out
• Compliance with hygiene, safety, and emergency regulations
• Cooperation with the responsible professional nurse and the day shift
• Ensuring a calm, safe, and pleasant atmosphere during the night

Your profile

• Completed course as a Nursing Assistant SRK or training as AGS
• Experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Joy in dealing with elderly and people in need of care
• Readiness for regular night, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Independent, attentive, and responsible way of working
• Calmness and security even in demanding situations
• Good German language skills
• Ability to work in a team, reliability, and empathy
