Senior Project Manager (m/f/x)

In order to strengthen our teams in the canton of Vaud, we are looking to recruit a Senior Construction Project Manager in a general contracting company.

Missions: ###

• Management of new construction projects in GC, ET
• Client relationship, progress monitoring, financial monitoring.
• Management and supervision of TCE construction management teams.
• Coordination of support teams and subcontractors.

You bring: ###

• Solid experience in directing new construction projects (100mio).
• Leadership (providing a vision, a direction).
• Management (work organization, knowing how to delegate and develop team skills).
• A professional network specific to the canton.
• Management (implementation and application of processes, documentary quality, traceability).
• Proficiency with IT tools (notably excel).
• Interpersonal skills (clients, companies, employees, Management).
• Basic reflexes in construction (modification sheets, clear feedback to the client, construction contracts).
• Flexibility, ability to synthesize, delegation, and prioritization of tasks.
