As Product Owner and Tech Lead, you define the Golden Path together with our development teams: Standardized, highly automated development platforms and tools that enable our Dev teams maximum speed with minimal friction. You combine strategic product management with deep technical understanding.   In the area of Data, Technology & Innovation, around 600 software and system developers work throughout Switzerland and develop the technology of tomorrow in-house. In doing so, we also collaborate in global teams and networks. We shape and integrate the latest tools, host hackathons, and our agile product teams run self-organized and are independently responsible from A to Z.     What awaits you   • Vision & Roadmap: You shape the product vision for our Developer Experience (DevEx), develop the core of our Internal Developer Platform, and prioritize the backlog Standardization: Together with your team and the DevOps Chapter, you define best practices, blueprints, and CI/CD pipelines for modern cloud architectures Interface: You translate the needs of the internal Dev teams into concrete Golden Path features Tech Leadership: You evaluate new tools, accompany architectural decisions, and coach the teams in the introduction of the Golden Path. Operation and Support: You operate our Internal Developer Platform and support our developer teams with onboarding and usage Evangelism: You promote a distinct DevOps and self-service culture throughout the company Design: As part of our DELTA project team, you shape DevOps-8 in the age of AI     What you bring with you   • Experience: You have several years of practice as a developer, tech lead, and software architect. You move skillfully in the enterprise environment and bring experience in the topics of security and compliance requirements in software engineering Tech Stack: You possess deep knowledge in cloud-native technologies and practices (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS/Azure, containers, Infrastructure as Code). Claude or similar tools are part of your normal everyday life.
