For various large projects in the Zurich region, we are looking for a timber construction project manager immediately.

Your tasks:

• Project management of our large timber construction projects, including contract and amendment management as well as coordination of deadlines and resources
• Project management support (cost control and evaluation of sub-project progress)
• Material procurement, site coordination, supervision of assembly
• Responsibility for execution, including quality and cost control

What you bring:

• Completed training as a carpenter with additional training as a timber construction technician (or equivalent qualification)
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a project manager/project manager in timber construction
