Grinding Operator
Your tasks:
Setting up and grinding on centerless grinding machines according to specifications
Grinding diameters from 1.50 to 22.00 mm with tolerances up to h5
Predominantly use of Schumag-, Schleipo- and Landgraf-grinding machines with conventional and electronic control
Self-control of the manufactured products on suitable measuring devices
Regular maintenance and cleaning work on the machine
Active participation in Lean and KVP initiatives
Your profile:
Training as a mechanic, training in a metalworking profession or several years of experience in grinding
Knowledge in centerless grinding and/or cylindrical grinding
Knowledge of numbers accurate to 1/100 (thousandth)
Oral and written knowledge in German, Italian or ösisch
Willingness to work in shift service (morning and evening shift)
