Hauswart (m/w/d) 100%

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable personality as Hauswart (m/w/d) 100% for our client in Zürich Oerlikon.

Your tasks

• Carrying out repairs and manual work
• Controlling and operating technical systems
• Cleaning and maintenance of buildings and systems
• Supporting moves, events and special tasks
• Regular contact with employees, suppliers and craftsmen

Qualifications

Your profile

• Professional experience in the Hauswart area is an advantage
• Very good German language skills in word and writing (obligatory)
• Solid knowledge in handling PC and system connections
• Manual skill and technical understanding
• Independent, reliable and flexible working method
• Willingness to work early and late shifts
• Deployment every second Saturday (alternating in the team)

Working hours

• Monday to Friday (100%)
• Additionally every second Saturday, in rotation with colleagues
• Early and late shifts according to the deployment plan
