For our client, a leading industrial company in the field of precision engineering, we are looking for a committed personality for electroplating production. In this role, you will make a decisive contribution to ensuring first-class surface finishing and a smooth manufacturing process. Surface Coater / Electroplating Machine Operator (100%)

Activities:

• You are responsible for the timely finishing of production orders in strict compliance with all quality standards.
• You load and unload the production systems independently.
• You perform precise quality checks, including visual final inspections and coating thickness measurements according to specifications.
• You operate various software systems securely.
• You undertake regular maintenance, care, and repair work according to specifications.
• You actively contribute to the implementation of Lean Management standards.
• You actively support an efficient, uninterrupted, and quality-centered manufacturing process.
• You consistently adhere to occupational safety rules and operational instructions in the electroplating department.

Qualifications

• You have completed basic technical training, preferably as an Oberflächenbeschichter*in EFZ or a comparable qualification with sound mechanical knowledge.
• Ideally, you have several years of practical experience in the field of surface technology.
• You bring a good technical understanding of fully automated manufacturing and process systems.
• You have experience in the safe handling of chemical substances.
• You are physically resilient, and lifting and carrying loads up to 20 kg is no problem for you.
• You have an exact, independent, and goal-oriented way of working and appreciate working in a team.
• You have very good German skills in speaking and writing.
• You are proficient in using common IT applications, especially MS Office.
• You have high temporal flexibility and the willingness to work on weekends.
• You are ready to work in a 3-shift model.
