Grinding Operator
Your missions:
Setup and grinding on centerless grinders according to specifications
Grinding of diameters between 1,50 and 22,00 mm with tolerances up to h5
Mainly use of Schumag, Schleipo and Landgraf grinding machines with conventional and electronic control
Quality control of finished products using suitable measuring devices
Regular maintenance and cleaning work of the machine
Active participation in Lean and continuous improvement (KVP) initiatives
Your profile:
Training as a mechanic, training in a metallurgy-related profession or several years of experience in the field of grinding
Knowledge of centerless grinding and/or cylindrical grinding
Mastery of numbers with a precision to 1/100th (thousandth)
Oral and written mastery of German, Italian or French
Availability to work in a team (morning and evening shifts)
